I want to build a form which has a question that requires a user to select from a list of options and submit.
For example, when ordering resources, I want to give them a list of resources from which to select, and then submit their selections on the form.
These options would be a collection from the CMS, displayed as options on a checkbox on a form.
I have browsed through most of the existing content and forums but the only asnwer seems to be to use custom code.
Am I missing something?
