Fixed Nav Bar set as a symbol is working on my home page, but then does not work on other pages on the live site

I have my fixed navigation bar set and everything appears to be working on the back end, but when I publish and view it on the live site. The fixed navigation does not work properly on any pages accept for the different home page layouts. Can someone help?
