Filter a Collection based on selected optionfield

Hi there

I need help.
I wan’t to filter a collection list based on an optionfield.

So i have a collection with an optionfield of categories.
Now i’m on the detail site of the collection. there i see the name in the optionfield.

And based on that fieldname i want to show other items from this list.
I can’t do it with the conditional visibility because of the fieldname changed on every item.

With the embed code element i can select the optionfields name but i don’t now how to set a filter with that…

Thanks for your idea. I saw this before but i had another problem.
Now i made it with e second collection and a reference field.

So i can easy filter it with this reference field. It works perfect.
