is there any easy way to integrate FB and IG feed in webflow? I’ve found some 3rd party widgets like elfsight, udesly, but my client doesn’t want to use any paid services. Could somebody help me with this?

Precisely why services like those exist and are cheaper than custom development in the short term.
You can manually paste in a Instagram URL or Facebook Picture / Video URL into the media element inside Rich Text and the asset will auto render on the page via the embed.ly integration that exists in Rich Text.

However, @webdev is quite right, a ready solution can be much cheaper than custom development option. It’s also true in terms of long-term vision: if there are any issues, you’ll have to seek for a developer and pay for his services again.
Anyway, if you can do it yourself, integrate FB inside Rich Text or you may have a look at Embedded posts tutorial in the FB for Developers section.
