Favicon / webclip wrong size warning

What am i doing wrong? I am trying to upload my favicon and webclip but it keeps telling me I have uploaded the wrong size. I HAVE NOT. I am using illustrator, making my artboard 32 px x 32 px saving it as a PNG/JPG etc and it keeps saying

I have tried both webclip and favicon and it WON’T let me do it!
