Hello. Recently, we have been frequently encountering an issue in our company where websites load completely without styles and with the error message “Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access `prod.website-files.com.” We are using Webflow in conjunction with Cloudflare. Could you please advise on whose side the problem might be and how to resolve it?
Did you follow the first text line recommendation?
We encountered the same issue specific to proxying assets from cdn.prod.website-files.com, primarily CSS, but also AVIFs.
Webflow made some hosting changes here but also has activated some bot protection I believe. As Jeff noted, the first line indicates that cookies are required as part of the asset delivery mechanism which complicates proxying and especially caching.
