Error message on a successfully submitted form connected to Google Forms

Hi everyone,

I have added a simple form to my website and connected it to Google Forms using the “Action”, the “entry.1452017647” name for the text field and the Finsweet “Form Submit” attributes. It works, but it doesn’t display the success message, it always shows the error message upon submission, even though the submission goes through. Additionally, it doesn’t give me the option to autofill with saved emails on my computer.
