Form submission not working (no success or error messages)

Hi,

I just can’t seem to figure this issue out. I checked out posts in the forum, but couldn’t figure out the issue.

Form is not being submitted or showing any success of error messages. Works in the preview of the designer but not on the live site. I already moved into the Form div and I think I have one hidden field which is not “required”.

I figured it out. The embed component was causing the problem.
