Error message on successful form submissions

Hi all,

I have set up a form using formspark.io and added some custom Ajax to prevent the redirect. I am also using a finsweet attribute to reset the form after submission. However, I get an error message every time I test it, even though the submissions always come through into formspark.

I feel this could be due to the fact that I have used up the 50 submission per month included in my account. Is there any way to prevent the error message from showing when the form is otherwise functioning correctly?

I’m not sure if I’m missing something here but you can just change the Action attribute value of the form to the Formspark’s link and it will just work. And the best part is it won’t be counted towards your form submission. Because now form is being submitted outside Webflow.

If you don’t want to redirect to Formspark’s website then you can easily set a custom redirection to the same page. Check the instructions here Redirection | Formspark Documentation
