Editor access stopped working

My client emailed me this morning not being able to log in.
"I am suddenly having trouble logging in to edit our website. When I try to use safari, it tells me there is a problem with my browser accepting third-party cookies, although I have adjusted my settings to allow for that. When I try to use google chrome, it tells me that I am trying to use a mobile site/browser and that isn’t possible. So confused! I have been using google chrome all along. Do you have any suggestions or words of wisdom? "

Sounded local so I asked her to restart. She did. Then:
“I have restarted my computer twice now and do not even have the option to log in using either safari or chrome now.”

I am having no trouble. Any thoughts??
