Dynamic Form with fields from CMS Collection

Hi!

I’m working on my first project with webflow. I’m amazed :slight_smile:

I ran into an issue that I’ve been trying to solve for the past days, but cannot figgure out how…

My client wants a simple Form for ordering (without payment). I tried to create a form with dynamic checkboxes and fields using CMS to fill it. The form is displayed finde, but I cannot find out how to give the Input fields unique IDs. Currently only the first elements of the list get recognized, when submitting the form.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve or work around? Is there another way to let editors add and remove Form elements?

Any help or hint would be very appreciated! :slight_smile:
