Downgrade from CMS to Basic Plan

Hi all,

I’m trying to downgrade from the CMS plan to the Basic plan, but the button is grayed out on my site’s billing page. I’ve deleted all CMS collections, but not sure how to resolve this. Do I have to downgrade to starter first?

I think downgrading can now be accomplished by the support team. Simply contact support and request a downgrade :slight_smile:
