DNS_NXDOMAIN issue

Hi,

An other “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”.

I’ve researched some similar topics on the forum but haven’t been able to fix the issue.

I have published my main site “singlecase.design” without any problem and I now want to add “singlecase.fr”. I’ve followed the instructions, yet the “www.singlecase.fr” is detecting some issues. Any one nows what to do about this ?

This usually suggests there is an issue with the DNS of the domain itself.

I did a quick DNS lookup and it looks like it’s not pointing to the correct CNAME, it points to proxy-ssl.webflow.com.singlecase.fr

The screenshot you showed looks correct though, so not sure what’s happened exactly.

Thanks for your feedback !

I went to my DNS provider and checked the CNAME record. I realized that I needed to add a “.” at the end “proxy-ssl.webflow.com” to not have an automatic “.singlecase.fr” added to it.

So the right CNAME is “proxy-ssl.webflow.com.”

It’s working fine now !
