DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN Error with www.www.domain.com

Hi folks,

I am publishing my first website am having a problem when I try to access it. I get an error “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN” as the redirections adds “www.” in front of my domain “www.domain.com” which makes it “www.www.domain.com”.

Has anyone else seen this problem before?

@Arna - Welcome to the community. Please double check your settings for your project by insuring you are following the instructions Webflow has for connecting your custom DNS zone. The www entry should be default. Since you provided no domain to query there is no way for us to further debug.

Detailed docs exist in the University.

Hi @webdev, thanks for the answer!

I double checked the settings and everything seems to be fine, I don’t understand where does it come from. The Webflow URL is https://nabu-b8ccbf.webflow.io/ and the customs domain is nabu.io.

I watched again the video to setup the DNS and I did it again but same result… Any idea?

Hi Arnaud, it’s looking fine from here [ NZ ].
https://www.nabu.io/

Most likely your PC is just caching some old DNS information. Try accessing your site from your phone, or another PC.
