Div Block in "Absolute" position, how do I change "Relative to" from "Body" to something else?

I checked your read-only link and can’t see the element with a class “timeline progress fixed”.
Which image are you exactly talking about?

If you want to have an element in Absolute position to different div than body, you have to set Relative position to parent div.

• parent-div (with position Relative)
  • timeline progress fixed (with position Absolute)
