FIxed Image in Div Block not fixed

Hi guys as you can see the bottom Div Block has an image set as background and I clicked on Fixed so when I scroll the image stays in the background. It worked fine yesterday but today it’s not what could be the problem?

It looks fine. Maybe check again where you see the problem
background-attachment: fixed;

“background-attachment” property works fine also in old browsers (explorer7 +).
