I’ve tried everything from clearing cache and cookies, different browsers, turning off extensions, incognito, duplicating the project. Nothing works. Please someone help me!
If you share a read-only link, then we can see if there’s a problem accessing the designer for that project. Or whether it’s isolated to you or your network connection or geographical location or something else.

I can’t load that project either. So my recommendation is that you open up a trouble ticket with support because there’s definitely an issue isolated to this project.
