Hi All! I’m hoping this is a bug, but my site suddenly started displaying all content in a hyper-stacked, totally broken overlapping way (both in Designer & the staging site). This issue is across all pages and sections, making me think it’s got to be a bug in Webflow itself.
From what I can see, you have a lot of items that are set to sticky with 0VH, so they are all stacking on top of each other. The animations, if they are meant to change the visibility are not working on them. I changed them to static and it cleared up a considerable amount of the view. It did not make them visible however, so I would say the animation is the weak link. But I could absolutely be wrong, it is just a quick run through and I don’t know fully what your intent on the page itself is. Hope that helps some
Thanks for the input, Justin_Guy! Alas - I don’t think this is the issue; on the Event Spaces page, for example - I don’t have anything set to sticky, nor do I have any complex animations, and the page is still doing this horrible hyper-stack thing.
It’s got to be a Webflow bug, but I have no idea how to go about trying to fix it…
It looks like your site is experiencing a significant layout issue, likely due to a bug in Webflow. The content on the staging site is overlapping and misaligned, while the live site appears as expected. I can help troubleshoot and resolve this issue to restore your site’s design.
FYI for anyone seeing this thread - I was able to go back far enough in my Backups to Restore the site in a way that appears to be back to normal.
I’m 100% confident this was a bug (I didn’t change any site-wide classes and my entire site became super messed up) so it seems like the best solution is to lose a little bit of your work & just restore to an old version.
As I just commented above - I was able to restore a backup and only lose a bit of progress. If you have any additional thoughts on how this bug could be resolved that’d be helpful in case it happens again. Thank you!
