Designer not saving any changes! "Connection Issues"

Webflow hasn’t been saving anything on my site at all recently. Whenever I make a change, designer will prompt that I’m not connected when I clearly am, and all my changes will be lost, and designer freezes when I select a different page.

I’ve tried changing broswers, reinstalling them, clearing cache and disabling extensions but nothing helps.

I’ve read that this has been a recurrent problem here, but have there been any fixes?


I have the exact same problem for 4 days now. I had 3 different jobs that uses Webflow and all 3 experience saving problems. Designer is not loading, etc.

Tried all methods as well.

  1. Clear cache, history, cookies.
  2. Change browsers.
  3. Restart internet router.
  4. Asked colleague and friends at different locations to try, using different internet provider and IPs.

Nothing works. And Webflow is my full time job.

I talked to support for a whole night and they managed to find out a problem and a solution.

Problem - https://www.datacenterdynamics.com/en/news/three-subsea-cables-go-down-in-vietnam-leading-to-widespread-internet-outages/

Solution - Connect VPN to other regions except Asia. I assume you are also from Asia from your First and Surname.

Happens sometimes.

For me, just manually try a few times of Command+S (or ctrl+S) and everything will be fine again.
