Hello, I raised a problem with the customer support of Webflow about two weeks ago, and they responded after five days, which I think is too long. The problem remains unresolved. I replied to their email, but I’m still waiting for an answer after four days. I wrote another email asking if the level of helpers was so low. I did not receive an answer again. Now let’s assume that we have an active site and invest in it, and this site has problems. What is our task? Should we hire someone so we don’t have to wait a week for every little problem?
