Refund - I didn't purchase the plan

Webflow gave me a free CMS plan so I can manage to edit the custom code and make my site public. But I didn’t actually ask for that. So they charged me the monthly billing. I’d like a refund because I did not deliberately purchased the plan

Your statement is little bit confusing to me.

Did they provide you the plan for some period and then you are charged for the next/new period?

But still if you want refund, then contacting Webflow support would be the best way. Forum members may not be able to do anything on that.
