"Crawled - currently not indexed" bad for SEO on those CMS pages that you are not using?

I am using a CMS collection that has about 60 items in it. I am using these 60 items for categories and such across the website. However, I am building out the actual pages for these categories as well. I want the finished pages to be crawled and indexed but Google is also giving me a message saying that I need to validate a fix because the blank pages that havent been done yet are being crawled as well (pic below). Does this hurt me SEO wise? What is the best practice for this when building in Webflow?

hoping someone can shed some light to how this works with webflow?
