Content Editor Upload Documents w/ Member Logins

Hello everyone!

We have a project in which our client needs to upload documents and do training for their employees, which will each need their own member login. They only want a few of their employees to have access to edit/add/delete files and have the rest just view the documents.

Does anyone know how we could incorporate this into webflow, or create another solution?
