connecting domain

I have a problem connecting my domain. The hosting where my client has bought the domain does not let me create entries with the name @, it gives me an error. It doesn’t let me create CNAME entries with the name www either.

How can I fix it? Because from the hosting support they tell me to tell them an IP to redirect the domain to our webflow site but I do not know what IP should be given. Can you help me please?
