My Webflow site has been live for almost a month and client is saying she can’t respond to emails through her Outlook account.
I do see all of the emails in Forms under Site Settings.
Im not sure of this is a Webflow issue or an Outlook issue on her end. Any help greatly appreciated.
no-reply-forms@webflow.com is the system that sent the message. As the name indicates, you cannot reply to it, it’s just a machine.
Best practice is to teach your customer to click the customer’s email link in the body of the lead to start a new message, rather than to click reply.
Alternatively you could configure forms settings so that the email’s reply-to header is set, however the full Webflow lead email will be sent including the unsubsubscribe link, which causes problems. Customers get confused, click that, and then your client will get no more leads from the system.
