Chrome Version 48.0.2564.82 and Link Section Scroll

My in-page section scroll links behave different in Chrome Version 48.0.2564.82.

After selecting “Services” on the home page, the link scrolls to the “Services Section”, but the page stops to high… When tested in Webflow Designer it workds fine.

Below is the correct
When tested in Chrome Version 47 it works fine.

Tested in IE Version 11.0.9600.18097 works fine. (Please see upload)

When tested, setting the “navigation” to “auto” from “fixed” and republished, it works fine in Chrome Version 48…

Please advise what could cause this.
