Changing the value in smaller breakpoint, why it affects the value in larger breakpoint?

Hi, guys, I’m frustrated on the value I set in the phone (landscape), it also affects the tablet layout.
I don’t know why???

I have the same element and share the same class, the breakpoints work well from desktop to laptop to tablet. However, while I set the value in the landscape phone view, it affects the tablet view at the same time. Isn’t only affect the lower breakpoints? I don’t know what causes it reversible?
