Change Billing from montly to annual

Quick update here: we’ve now added Client Billing support for annual sites:

Client Billing now supported for annual site plans

While Client Billing has been around for a long time, before today, you’ve only been able to charge clients for monthly site plan subscriptions. Today, that changes. Now you can charge clients directly for both monthly and annually paid site plan subscriptions — and of course, tack on extra to make a profit or cover ongoing costs.
