Can't log a support ticket - error appearing

I went to log a support ticket as copy changes aren’t pushing through and my OG images aren’t firing.

Here’s the original request:

1st issue -
I thought the 1st issue was me, but am now noticing despite publishing updates many times.

Copy on homepage is updated, but not publishing to final version on mobile or web despite hard refreshes.

2nd issue -

LinkedIn is not recognizing the set og image

This is happening to me as well and it’s driving me crazy. I think something is up, as I’ve repeatedly saved and published changes to my homepage copy and changes aren’t getting pushed through. OG image placement: [OG image url] URL: What LinkedIn is showing: [linkedin OG] I’ve mucked around with meta tags and hard refreshes to no avail.

It’s also saying that my screenshots are too large (when I click submit) even though the file size is <400kb and dimensions 1200x600 or so.
