Can't log a support ticket - error appearing

I went to log a support ticket as copy changes aren’t pushing through and my OG images aren’t firing.

1st issue -
I thought the 1st issue was me, but am now noticing despite publishing updates many times.

Copy on homepage is updated, but not publishing to final version on mobile or web despite hard refreshes.

It’s also saying that my screenshots are too large (when I click submit) even though the file size is <400kb and dimensions 1200x600 or so.
