Cant change my email address

Hello

I am trying to change my account email address. I have entered the new email address in the webflow interface and it informs me that verification emails are sent to both addresses.

I check both email addresses ( including junk / spam ) but nothing is received.

I have opened a support ticket a few days ago but no response.

I have also emailed support@webflow.com but received an automatic reply stating the address is unmonitored.

I have contacted a few support representative via linkedin also but but nothing yet.

What should i do next?

When updating your email address in Webflow, verification emails are automatically sent to both your original and new email addresses. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check the spam/junk folders for both email accounts
  2. Visit your Webflow Email Settings (Account Settings > Email & Password) to try the update process again
  3. If you’re still not receiving the verification emails, verify that both email accounts are active and not suspended
  4. Consider checking with your email provider to ensure Webflow emails aren’t being blocked

The support ticket is the right way. It can take 24-45h plus depending on the workload, and which department you’ve contacted.

However the fact that your new email can’t receive the confirmation email is a little concerning, as it could prevent you from receiving e.g. billing notices as well. You might try another email temporarily to see if that works better.
