I am deaf and tried to get through instead by live chat, instead, I am facing a bloody machine and not a person. I tried for 45 mins and it keeps repeating itself. It is pointless using live chat with a machine that cannot answer your questions.

As you pointed its all but live, they should change it or remove it.
They are pushing for new customers and have said they are recruiting but I don’t know where there are with that.
I have offered help directly to assist with setup which they have listened to but heard nothing yet.
Think some form of additional help via members offering donations directly could speed things up a lot.
