Webflow Support system is broken

Something is not right with the way Webflow support is set up. I think there are a lot of individuals who want to be helpful, but every time I connect with someone who wants to help, then I’m passed to a new person. And then I don’t hear back from either of them.

Can we have some continuity with the support staff members? I’d like to help them fix bugs in Webflow and improve the service.
