Webflow team - technical bug please answer

Hi,
I have been emailing the webflow team a couple of times and no one reply, worse they replied they cannot keep track of the email chain and asked me to resend email threats over and over. It’s been so inefficient.
Right now, no one can go on my website and find the right products and order them. Keep having error messages for days now.
Can someone please take accountability for the bugs on my website asap?
