Build dynamic form

Hi everyone, I recently started using webflow, and now I want to make a small form for my project
I don’t quite understand how it should work and whether CMS is needed

How it works - based on 3 categories and 3 more in each tab
shows information (numbers on the right)

In order to display information (on the right) after the user selects a choice(s) (left), the information on the right will need to be stored and readily available. So, Yes, you will need to use a least one CMS.
