Hello,
I am working on a blog and I have created four categories for it using multi-reference. However, when I created the category template all posts are showing even though I specified a post to go for a certain category! I feel like I am missing something! Thanks in advance

You need to insert a filter for the current category.

No, should not have changed. You probably set it up wrongly/differently.
