Best practice for redesign in webflow

What is the best practice for redesigning a site in webflow?
So I already have my webflow site live but I want to completely overhaul and improve the site. I think it will take several days to complete the redesign.

Should I save the current site as a version and then start the redesign but don’t publish the changes until the site is complete?

Or…should I just start a new project and then publish it to my URL?

Hi @Publius.

I am usually going to clone the old site and then working on the clone: create the new pages, new structure, new design. This method helps to save content and Dynamic collections.
