I’m attempting to use a background video at the beginning of my home page but it won’t play. It seemed to be easy enough to add it to the website but nothing happens after I uploaded it. The video does appear in the background video settings. I tried two different video sizes, first one 25 mb and second video 8mb but neither will play on the website.

I downloaded the video, created a new project, then uploaded it as a BG video. No issue. So it is not the video itself.
I did notice lots of errors in my console on your published site.
Question: How long ago did you build this? I noticed media assets are not responsive. Age might be a clue as some elements may be old. This is just a wild guess.
I think you should open a trouble ticket with the Webflow team. I am moving this topic to Bugs.
I did some investigating and this is definitely odd behavior. I will be doing some more work with the team on tracking down why this happened and what caused it. In the the meantime, I made a quick video to show you how to workaround this:
