Currently at WeTicket, we are using Weglot (pro) for translations. We are considering Webflow due to SEO advantages.
However, I’m missing something important with Webflow Multi Language compared to Weglot.
Weglot automatically translates new content (including in the CMS). This is very convenient for WeTicket since we process a lot of content on our site. Webflow does not seem to automatically translate new content. From what I understand, you have to manually go through all the languages (per page) to activate the translation.
Correct, and that’s probably the most significant limitation at present. The content editor also does not support localization yet, so your publishing team must have designer access ( it can be “editor” permissions only ).
If it will break your publishing workflow you might wait for Webflow to resolve these.
