Auto Expand Text Area

Hi, I am have a form with text area input and I would like the height to expand according to text input lenght (or upon hitting enter). Same as in project description field in a form in the bottom of this site. Anyone has a tip how to achieve that? I tried some script someone poster, but did not seem to work. Thank you!
