API Error - No Image Field but "Remote image failed to import"

I’m trying to push content into a collection using the API and I’m gettting the error “Remote image failed to import: Invalid file url” even though that particular collection doesn’t actually have any image fields. The types of fields I’m using are as follows (if it matters):

  • Link
  • Multi-Reference
  • Reference
  • Plain Text
  • Number
  • Rich Text
  • Switch

Everything I can find on this forum regarding the error “Remote image failed to import” are all when someone is using an actual image field.

Any thoughts?

Im having the same problem… when I remove my scraped html from rich text - then it works so its something to do with that
