I’m trying to access the site editor to fulfill orders in my e-commerce site, but when I do so, it asks me for my log-in info, once I enter them in, it gives me a link back to the dashboard settings, saying I need to enter the editor from there since I’m an admin. It ends up being a vicious circle as the link from the dashboard just sends me back to where I began. I’ve tried contacting Webflow about this but haven’t gotten a reply yet. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
For reference, I log into my dashboard prior to entering the editor from my list of projects.
I have exactly the same issue. I wasn’t sure if I’m doing something wrong or it’s some kind of bug. I thought I will solve this problem by giving editor permission to my second email, but when I send invitation to the email, I receive email asking to accept invitation by clicking a link in the email, but when I click it, I’m just being redirected to the homepage of my website and nothing happens. In Webflow dashboard in website settings still shows “waiting for approval” even if i click on the url in the confirmation email like 100 times.
