I tried to contact the support last month when we took out of misunderstanding a workspace plan instead of a site basic.

I never had any answers about it but informations about my ticket closing.

Is it possible to reach someone from the support ?

Yes but only through the support channel. The forum is not one.

Head over to to get in touch with the Webflow Support Team. Once you log-in. select an area and topic, click the Email Support option at the bottom of the page to create a ticket.

After two tickets and a month of waiting, I thought about the forum.
