Webflow Customer Support - How do we get an answer back?

I reached out to Webflow support to ask a few questions 9 days ago and still have not heard back.

Does anyone know how to get them to respond? The questions are important and can only be answered by them.

I suspect that the messages are routed to different groups depending on what you select. You may need to try something different if the support group you’re reaching isn’t responding.
