Animated Webp not working "after" publication

Hi

I don’t understand. I upload animated webp. The animated webp works perfectly in Designer Mode.
But When I publish my website with the new animated webp… the animation is not working.

What’s going on ?

in my website → www.geocomix.com
For instance in “To the benefit of all your translation team” section in the home page

please help

I go back to heavy animated Gif because I cannot wait for a response.

Nevertheless. I wish to use animated .webp
Is it possible from someone of Webflow to explain why animated webp work in Designer mode and why during the publishing process the animated .webp are killed.

This is caused by Webflow’s “responsive” treatment of the image which I confirmed via testing. So when using animated Webp images, make sure responsive image handling is disabled for them on Webflow.

You can disable this feature for a specific image by hitting CMD+SHIFT+O (CTRL+SHIFT+O on Windows), then clicking the checkbox that’s revealed in the image settings panel.

Thank you very much for your response.
I didn’t really understand the solution to be honest.

y selecting “don’t shrink or grow” in “flex child”

it seems to work.

I some case webp coud messup with custom code. In my case a set interval prevent the webp to animate properly. So test it on a separate page. Thanks for the trick.
