ALT tag on CMS not working on a published website

Hi,

I have used the CMS to create a product collection and have therefore used images to present products. I have entered ALT tags on every image, but when published the tag isn’t working!!

Has anyone else had this issue, if so have you solved it?

Any help would be grateful.
