All project suddenly missing from my dashboard

All four of my projects have seemed to go missing from my dashboard.

I was working on a project, adding javascript to a website in the custom code section of my website. I think clicked on the ‘Design’ Button but I noticed Webflow wouldn’t load the Designer editor. So I removed the javascript and tried again. Again it didn’t load. I decided to navigate out to the main dashboard and I noticed all my project are missing.

I’m unsure what to do next. Help from a Webflow TM directly would be great.

OK, thankful I am not the only one. I guess this means it’s time for me to quit tonight :face_with_spiral_eyes:

I have the same problem here, 2 accounts, 3 sites missing.

For me it’s not even noon and many things to do today…:scream:

Yep, i came here to post about it - but it looks like I’m not the only one.

Also a good reason to always back up your files !

For a second I thought my javascript somehow completely messed up my account but sounds like it’s a Webflow issue. Hopefully gets resolved soon.

Same here. 7 projects have disappeared, my account has also been downgraded from freelancer to starter, it’s like I’ve been erased! I also purchased a template this morning, the link just takes me back to an empty dashboard

Sounds most likely like a CC payment failure on your workspace plan that has caused a downgrade. Check your billing. If it’s working then support will be able to help.

Thanks Michael, I’ve reached out to Support. Apparently it’s a Google SSO issue and they are looking into it. They did recommend resetting my password rather than going through SSO and this has worked.

Did you change your primary username on your Google account?

This happened to me at the start of the year. Be prepared to do this on every service you use SSO on, 98% of them use the email rather than the account ID as the primary key in the database.
