Zapier integration instagram to CMS as a publish item

Hi guys! I integrated with Zapier to post our Instagram post to the website, but I can’t find a way to make the new item get published automatically. The only option is a draft.

How can I make a CMS item created by Zapier get published automatically?

You need to make sure you are adding it as Live item from Zapier. Let me know if you need any more help but provide screenshots as options in Zapier change from time to time
