Hello! I need your help. I have some custom code calculators embedded on my site that have been working fine for a long time. I now went on vacation and visited the site again and realized that the embedded widgets suddenly stoped showing. Well in reality they do show once in a wile but most of the time they don’t. Can anyone give me some info to why this may happen and what I could do to solve the problem? Here you can see my read only link to one of the pages where the widget fails most of the times. It’s a price calculator.
Custom JS does not run inside the designer, only on published sites. Would be helpful if you shared one to look at. You can always open dev tools in your browser and check for errors.
Hello, thanks for quick reply. I know they don’t show in the designer and the problem is in the published site. When publishing the calculator widget shows sometimes and sometimes it doesent. I can’t figure out what causes this. Here is the link to the publishes site Priser. If you open it you will maybe see the calculator between the yellow element and the green and dark blue containers. Sometimes it shows, then refresh the page and it disappears.
@DanielColunga - This is not a Webflow issue, rather it is either browser blocking, client network issues, or hosting of the custom code. Feel free to DM me for a professional engagement to isolate/resolve the issue.
It seems to be running consistently on my system, ideally you want to reproduce a failure and determine whether errors are occurring in the browser console.
