White space at the left side of page in home page

Hi,

There’s white space at the left side of my home page that does not appear on the left side of another page I designed. How do I get rid of it? I’m very new to webflow! See screenshots attached.

Hi Fatimah,

The body element has a 1px padding, which create the white space all over the page.

thanks there was a white border that I removed!

Not border. Padding. Border is a different property :slight_smile:

oh yeah i get that, though there wasn’t padding in the first place :slight_smile: so i tried the border and it worked! thanks
