I have designed my website and hosted it on the webflow.io subdomain. Now I wish to enhance it with some custom code, but it shows that I’ll need a site plan for that. I don’t need the site plan hosting features. Also, the Lite Account plan offers up to 10 projects which is more beneficial for me. My question is if I buy the Lite Account plan would I be able to add custom code? I don’t need any other hosting service.

Yes that is the correct plan.
Webflow has done this so people such as yourself and freelancers who want to create lots of projects for experiment or testing can do this without having to pay for hosting.
They are updating the plan soon to be much simpler and maybe if we are lucky cheaper.
